Its dimension width is 18.5cm whilst the length is 22.5cm..it has a soft and thick plastic like covering the green edges of the paddle.very light paddle

Great alternative to “hard” paddles. Go easy on the shoulder and arms but still give a significant amount of resistance for the swim. A great addition to my training gears.

Hi what dimensions are these paddles? And do they have material around the edge to soften them? I am not allowed to use plastic edged paddles at my pool

The dimensions are 22 in length and 17 in width. They are perforated and have plastic around them so that they don´t break and are also safe in case we hit another athlete by mistake. I also use them for the same reason and they have served me very well.

About the dimensions, it is slightly larger than a normal paddle. I remember that the edge was in the form of something like a wire wrapped in fiber. It´s not as hard as a plastic paddle, but the one I was using had some wire-like things come out due to deterioration over time, so I returned it to a normal paddle. The feeling of use was good, so I think it´s a good product, but the durability may be subtle.
