Arena Powerfins

I like the material but I have problems with size. My shoe size is 37, so first ordered a 36-37 size fin, which turned ot to be small, my feet really felt tight in it. Than I ordered a one size bigger fin (38-39) and it seems to be too loose. So now I don't know which one is better....
