Good material to improve entry and high elbow. It makes you much more aware of your stroke and helps correct mistakes. It is not for continuous swimming with long sessions but it is for series of technique

After the first test of forearm fulcrum I have this experience. Hard to used. My forearm muscle is continuously stressed not to leave these itemes. As somebody mentioned it will takes few times to used. For freestyle and backstroke are the Best! I can offer this forearm fulcrum "super 8" for everybody! Good for early forearm catch and the high elbow technic and for the flip turn is also good! For breaststroke a litle bit hard to use. For butterfly I can not use it. With normal transport required about one week. The package was correct!

I do not see how to choose the size of Forearm. I understand that it will be a function of the length of the forearm.
