Iso paddles are strapless paddles designed to isolate specific muscle groups, develop proper hand position and heighten stroke awareness. Iso paddles are uniquely designed to create an imbalance in the catch phase of a stroke, which forces swimmers to apply more pressure on either side of the paddle in order to maintain a proper stroke. The variance encourages swimmers to pay increased attention to hand position in the water, keeping it level and consistent throughout the catch and pull of each stroke.

Original pads that allow you to work on gliding and support. It's a bit like quarters with skis! They require adaptation to the grip in order to have consistent support. Another educational one!

Regarding the most common rackets (with rubber bands), they require choosing the right size to prevent them from moving in your hand and some adaptation time, but when you get used to them they are extremely useful.

I love using this product on my squad kids as it allows the swimmers to enter the water correctly and to set up for a proper catch on the water. My swimmers do find it a bit challenging to start off with but after a couple of weeks they got the hang of it and their technique is looking so much better.

This product is really good! I tried it for all swimming strokes and I like it! Teach you feeling the stroke in the water. Good for to learn the flip turn! According to My opinion this ISO paddle much better than the forearm fulcrum device. The normal transport required one week. Package was correct!
