The new COMPLEX 4: 1® is a completely new development in the world of sports nutrition, the result of research from the Institute of Sport Physiology (INFISPORT). Its name is derived from the carb-to-protein ratio, adjusted to physiological needs.

Its formula contains protein hydrolyzate isolated from sweet buttermilk obtained by the new CFM extraction technique (cross-flow microfiltration) + enzymatic hydrolysis, rich in amino acids, peptides and polypeptides, for easy and rapid assimilation.

Carbohydrates contained in the Complex 4 : 1® are formed by different types of molecules of different chain lengths, including high molecular weight amylopectins contained in VOLTOM®, which provide fast and sustained energy over time to muscle tissue, so that they ´protect´ against muscle catabolism in long-term efforts.

Its enrichment with royal jelly, vitamins and minerals, further helps the best physiological utilization of the nutrients it contains, also serving to balance possible dietary imbalances.

Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids containing COMPLEX 4: 1®, of vegetable origin - free from contamination by heavy metals and toxic substances contained in oily fish - are essential in the smooth functioning of our body.

All this, coupled with its easy digestibility makes COMPLEX 4: 1® usable by both athletes to complement their breakfast and snack, as well as active, convalescent or elderly individuals to enrich or balance their diet.

In prolonged efforts it is a true liquid food (highly digestible) and because of its balance between nutrients, it helps maintain exercise intensity. Also ingested to finish a workout or competition, it allows for rapid recovery, both in glycogen storage and proteins used during exercise.

How to use:

- Dissolve 2 scoops (40 grams ) in 250-400 ml of skim milk, water or fruit juice and take twice a day, outside the two main meals.
