This anti-fog gel is really effective. Apply a dab of product with the small brush provided, 5 min before diving then rinse, without rubbing especially, with fresh water before diving... I have been using it for 3 years, and it works perfectly.

This stuff is AWESOME. My favorite of many anti-fog solutions. It works for the whole dive. Doesn't sting your eyes. The seal is not great for travel, but it doesn't 'leak' as much as others here suggest.

Finally! An anti-fog that works. I have tried all sorts of products. This one beats them all. It's like finding treasure! The only downside is that after you've removed the seal it leaks! There is no way it can be kept in an upright position when you pack it and travel with it in order to avoid leakage. I tried replacing the seal with duct tape. But that's quite impractical. I don't want to have to worry about it! Please Mares fix this issue. The screw top should be leak proof!
