M430 M/L is a running watch that includes multiple functions such as advanced GPS that will help you locate yourself even on the longest adventures. In addition, if during this journey you have run out of signal, the watch can measure distance and rhythm, taking into account the movements of the wrist. This model has a 128 x 128 pixel screen.
One of the attributes of this Polar smartwatch is that it includes the patented Polar sensor that controls heart rate quickly and easily. Training is not a problem with this watch, through its more than 100 sport profiles, you can choose an exercise plan that meets your goals and needs and that you can also share online with the Polar Flow application. Furthermore, it is waterproof so it is suitable for swimming.
Another of the applications that are integrated is the brand´s Sleep Plus app that obtains valuable information about sleep and your rest habits to improve your performance. All this information can be stored through its 8 MB flash memory. Also, using this sports watch you can check the notifications of calls and messages you have received on your phone. The autonomy of the battery is up to 8 hours of training activating the GPS function: The weight of the device is approximately 50 grams.

Completely satisfied with product, price and delivery. For the price and quality, just a godsend for a lover of active physical education (running, cycling, skiing). I compared the heart rate readings of the watch and the heart rate readings of the Polar H9 chest sensor at low, medium and high intensity, the difference is +/- 1 beat, i.e. the optical sensor works clearly and the chest sensor is not required for a more accurate measurement of heart rate.

The Polar m430 is easy to use, clear display and has the features I need. A relatively simple and cheap product compared to other watches on the market. I use it to make sure I move enough (set goals on the clock), measure my walks and jogging trips. Also logs my workouts at the gym and hockey workouts. Replacement watch for a used Polar M400. The first training session with the new watch has passed - all the declared functions work. It is not very clear why the watch comes with a completed owner profile (like Jonh Marsh), while no other traces of use of the watch were found. In order to link the watch to my profile, I had to roll back to the factory settings.
