Finally a hr sensor I can use properly

This is a fab product, I am not a fan of chest hr monitors as they are very restrictive especially when racing so to find this arm hr monitor is perfect, easy to use, charge and gives a very accurate reading, would highly recommend this product to anyone who wishes to use a hr monitor while running

Finally a winterproof hr sensor

Finally I found a solution for measuring the HR in cold and dry conditions. Rode with a chest strap in the past but that did not work correctly as it was too dry outside. Even electrode gel did not help. Setting up the connection to a Garmin Edge 830 and Forerunner 935 worked flawlessly.

Follower of the chest straps (polar, garmin ..) I think I have found a simpler approach and which especially does not slip in full effort =). My Garmin counter dropped me so plan B is OH1 paired with my trusty Garmin 230 and it works nickel. in addition if we sort it is waterproof, what else?

I have always used the Polar chest strap and I have always been intrigued by the arm strap and so I took it and I give it fully satisfied ... I had taken it before, how not to have worn it and in any case very precise and quick to detect the frequency. I recommend Polar top quality

Works well and out of the way when wearing it on the upper arm. A minor problem is the little shiny button, it can be hard to operate with sweaty paws, I think it should be textured.

I like the OH1. It is a VERY light, very reliable heart rate monitor. If you are dead set on an external heart rate sensor, the OH1 is a good device. For people who don’t like the feeling of a chest strap, the OH1 may be a really good option, especially given that you can use it in the pool!

After getting strong skin irritation by Garmin HRM-Run I decided to use OH1 as my main HRM. This sensor is small and way more comfortable than any chest strap. Battery capacity is quite small. There's good review of this sensor by DC Rainmaker - totally recommend it if you want to know more about OH1 HR measurement precision. Anyway I have no complains about precision though I avoid to use OH1 for races when I need maximum HR precision. I absolutlely adore this sensor and use it on every training session.
