After a few attempts with other watches, I came up with the Polar Vantage M, and it actually fulfills (almost!) all of my wishes. At almost 78 years old, I still go to the gym twice a week. The resulting values are important to me. The watch also records pulse and sleep well. The fact that a blood pressure measurement is not possible can occasionally be detected using an external device. Bottom line: I would have thought of this watch straight away!

I like the watch, it arrived almost as promised, 3 days late and, I believe, due to the fact that we had holidays. Before that I used Polar 430. Of course they are much simpler and the charge duration is completely unsatisfactory. There was not enough for long workouts, especially in cold weather. Vantage allows you to track the condition more informatively, are comfortable, even easier than 430. So far, I'm satisfied.

The pulse sensor on the first tempo gave out a game - an average heart rate of 120 bpm. Well, there weren’t big hopes for optics, otherwise it’s quite, especially considering that in the Russian Federation they are 5-7 K more expensive.

Garmins are very expensive, Swantos are uninformative and inconvenient in smartphone support. Polars for this price and the convenience of polar flow can be forgiven for minor shortcomings in screen resolution and a harsh strap). I go in for amateur skiing, swimming, in the gym. On skis I use it with Polar OH1. All expectations are justified. Previously, I used Samsung frontier s3 for running, this is a toy compared to Polar, based on training tasks and measurements of physical parameters. Hello I use it for my morning jog and also for swimming. it works wonders what when tell some about the lighting in the water, what interest to see the dial under the water when we swim we swim. On a 1 km how many times the person stopped to check his time ... For jogging interest for the heart when you do split or there is useful to work well. to recommend without problem. Fast delivery.
