Mido 1.78 and weight 68 kg. Finally I bought size M, because I do not like it too tight. I am an average swimmer, but my first test with this neoprene, I have lost 10 seconds every 100 meters. In pool of 25 meters, I improved two strokes per length. I am delighted with the prodcuto
