Absolutely sufficient for training. Sits well on narrow and small noses, but the clip is unsuitable for competitions due to the high bracket (but there are also significantly more expensive nose clips that are only used for this purpose). The price-performance ratio is great and since you keep losing nose clips anyway, the product is more than recommendable for that reason alone.
