I bought and have been using these fins for over 1.5 years. I have wanted these fins for a long time. As they say everywhere, the fins are quite heavy and hard, which is good for leg training. As for the choice of size, due to the protruding (free) fingers, you will not go wrong and will never take small size fins. Take your size.

Focus on the stride

Duck-foot (fin) very good for focusing and training the stride. It is heavier than most other duck-feet, forcing the swimmer to stand with his foot well stretched, and to make his propulsion better. Material is strong but comfortable to wear.
