Hello, I should reseal the seams on a trilaminate wetsuit, is the product compatible or does it stiffen excessively for this function??

I used the product together with the rubber band that you find on the site. All on a neoprene drysuit, with good sealing results and acceptable rigidity

Can I use this glue to stick a new Latex seal on the latex of an old seal?

Yes, I have replaced the cuffs on my dry suit with this glue and it holds up well. You should lightly sand both items before gluing, so that is a good surface to glue on.
