Nice shirt for indoor cycling. I think it is a matter of taste what you wear indoor, be it a mesh base layer, nothing at all or one these. I get along well with it and it does what it should do - help a little bit with cooling down. I went for XL as with all Santini products (1.85, 85KG, athletic). And for me that's fine due to the big chest I have. Depending on your body I think you could as well size down one step as the XL is quite long and not a snug fit for me.
