Hello! No, if you are talking about to emptying, it has two half-height intakes where you can empty halfway. The rest should be done with a garden hose. Thanks for your question!

Hello! no, it is not included...as the manual says: IMPORTANT: Prevent bursting by not using a high-pressure pump, such as an air compressor. Do not over inflate. If pool is say only half filled with water does the sides still stay up thanks, or do you have to fill to top level everytime thanks, Scott
