In the absence of testing it in water, it seems effective and dries quickly but be careful because it leaves a stain if you are not very careful. In my case it has been a small superficial cut that has not penetrated the neoprene in its entirety, so I hope it does not continue to break in that part. Brief instructions regarding use are missing since they vary depending on the website you consult
