Glasses have a permanent lubricating film coating

My glasses have a permanent coating on the inner glass that gives me a cloudy field of vision. I dried the wet goggles with a thin towel after swimming and this film has been on the glass ever since. All cleaning with hand soap or dish soap didn't help.

Drying will damage the coating, only clean with special Zoggs cleaning agent and do not dry!
adjustable strip?
